Robin Carus is a Casting Director whose theatrical and film work has been seen throughout the United States and Canada. For eight years, Robin was Head of Casting for Theatreworks/USA. Michael Cassara, CSA is a casting director, director, educator, and producer working on theatre and film projects in New York City. He regularly casts for many of the nation's top theatres including The Old Globe, the Great Lakes Theater Festival, the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, the Olney Theatre Center, Queens Theatre In The Park, the White Plains Performing Arts Center, and many more. Parker Esse
Mr. Esse choreographed the World Premier of Katie Couric's The Brand New Kid at The Kennedy Center, as well as The Mystery Of Irma Vep and the World Premier of A Christmas Carol 1941 both for Arena Stage. He is currently choreographing The Light in the Piazza for Arena Stage. Mr. Esse was Associate Choreographer under Director/Choreographer Warren Carlyle on the Broadway productions of A Tale Of Two Cities and Finian's Rainbow as well as the National Tour of 101 Dalmatians The Musical. Associate Director/Choreographer for the World Premier of Lucky Guy at Goodspeed Opera House and as Assistant Choreographer for Mame at The Kennedy Center; Dancing In The Dark at The Old Globe; Pirates of Penzance at Goodspeed Opera House and Paper Mill Playhouse. Together they also choreographed several productions for New York City Center's Encores! series: Stairway To Paradise, Juno, On The Town, and Finian's Rainbow. They also Choreographed the Film Deception starring Hugh Jackman and Ewan McGreggor. As Assistant Choreographer Mr. Esse worked along side, theatre legend Baayork Lee on Animal Crackers, South Pacific, Camelot, and Damn Yankees for Arena Stage (where he also held the positions of Dance Captain/Performer) as well as, Mack And Mabel at the Shaw Festival in Canada. They were honored with a Helen Hayes nomination for best Choreography on South Pacific. Parker has also assisted Choreographer Karma Camp for the international cell phone commercial Auna/Amena, and Choreographer Randy Skinner for Goodspeed's production of Babes And Arms. As a performer, Mr. Esse Danced on Broadway with Ben Vereen, Bebe Neuwirth, and Ann Reinking in Fosse, which was taped for PBS's Great Performances and released on VHS and DVD. After closing Fosse on Broadway, Parker joined the National Tour. Regionally, Mr. Esse has performed in such productions as A Chorus Line at Paper Mill Playhouse and TUTS; Will Rogers Follies at Sacramento Music Circus; Swing! at North Shore Music Theatre, Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre and TUTS; The Music Man, Sweet Charity, Crazy For You, and How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying at Merry-Go-Round Playhouse; He has also performed in the Public Sings Benefit celebrating The Public Theatre's 50th Anniversary at City Center in New York City and the 21st Annual Benefit Gala for the Drama League - "So In Love: A Night of Romance at the Rainbow Room" in New York City. Mr. Esse has taught master classes in Musical Theatre dance for the past ten years and has been on faculty at New York University's Cap 21 Musical Theatre Conservatory. James Javore

James Javore has been teaching voice at The Boston Conservatory since Fall, 1999. He has also taught voice at Concordia (NY) College, AMDA/NYC, Riverdale Music Studios, in numerous artist-in-residence postions, and has maintained a private voice studio in New York City, his home, since 1978. Among the many of his students who are enjoying successful performing careers are American Idol 6th Place Finalist Constantine Maroulis, Grease! You're The One That I Want Finalist Alexandra Fassler, and Broadway artists Megha nn Dreyfuss (Mamma Mia) and Andrew Durand (Spring Awakening). Through Affiliate Artists of New York he held artist-in-residence positions in the Midwest and in the South. He has been a presenter of master classes at Belmont University, Valdosta State, Wayne University, College of Dubuque, Northwestern College, Dordt College, Westmar College, and Buena Vista College. He holds Bachelor's Degrees in Music Education and Vocal Performance, as well as a Master of Music in Vocal Performance all from the University of Illinois, Urbana. As a performer, this versatile artist has sung in over 60 operas with opera companies such as Chicago Lyric, Cleveland Opera, Kansas City Lyric, Connecticut Opera, and New York City Opera, where he debuted as Maximilian in Hal Prince's production of Candide. James has performed with numerous symphony orchestras from the New York Philharmonic to the Iceland Symphony and some 30 musical theatre productions including Carousel (Billy), A Little Night Music (Count Carl-Magnus), Maury Yeston's Phantom (Gerard Carriere), and Brigadoon (Tommy).Favorite regional theatres include Boston's Huntington, Long Wharf, North Shore Music Theatre, Paper Mill Playhouse, Coconut Grove Playhouse, and St. Louis Muny Opera. His versatility as a singer and actor has also taken him into plays, films, television, radio, voice overs, and commercials. He was Leader of Song/Cantor at St.Patrick's Cathedral in NYC from 1979-1992. Other career highlights include the premiere of King David for Disney at the New Amsterdam Theatre on Broadway; Off-Broadwayproducti ons of The Mother Of Us All, and Lust; the First National/International Tour of Broadway's The Secret Garden; and the European tour of Yeston's Phantom. Dan Knechtges is a Tony Nominated choreographer and director working in theater, opera, television, film and music videos. Dan has directed and choreographed for numerous theatres across the country on shows ranging from Gilbert and Sullivan to Rodgers and Hammerstein to Brecht. His choreography has been noted for its exceptional storytelling, deft humor and good "show biz." He has been known to turn non-dancers into dancers as well as showcasing dancers to let their unique personalities shine through. Dan also has a range of special skills he uses when directing and choreographing including roller-skating, flag-twirling, baton-twirling, fire-baton, juggling, piano playing, stilt walking and gymnastics to name a few. Dan's Broadway credits include Sondheim on Sondheim (directed by James Lapine), Xanadu (directed by Chris Ashley, Tony nomination, Drama Desk nomination), 110 in The Shade (starring Audra McDonald) and The 25th Annual Putnum County Spelling Bee (directed by James Lapine.) Roxann Parker
Voice Teacher - James Javore Vocal Studio
Roxann Parker's career spans over 40 years. As a Magna cum laude graduate of U.S.C. in Voice Performance, her career began in classical music. However, not long after graduating, she joined a group of U.S.C. theatre graduates who established the Company Theatre, a repertory theatre that produced primarily new, avant-garde works with playwrights such as Megan Terry and with producers such as Joseph Papp. The theatre helped re-write the Equity rules for small theaters under 100 seats and was awarded the first National Endowment Grant for a theatre this size. A few years later the singer and actor merged when Roxann was given a scholarship to the Los Angeles Civic Light Opera's Musical Theatre Workshop. She was cast soon after in "The King and I" with Ricardo Montalban, which began a professional career in Musical Theatre with over 50 roles in top regional thea ters, Off-Broadway and Broadway. Broadway credits include La Goulue in Baz Luhrmann's production of "La Boheme", Fraulein Schneider in "Cabaret", Sister Margaretta in "The Sound of Music" with Richard Chamberlain. Broadway National tours include Mrs. Winthrop in "The Secret Garden", and as Hayley Mills' cover, over 70 performances of Anna in "The King and I." As a voice teacher, Roxann enjoys teaching the Musical Theatre craft and discipline of the actor-singer along with her husband James Javore.

Noah Racey is a New York based performer, choreographer, and director. On Broadway Noah debuted in the revival of FOLLIES and has since appeared in the original casts of THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE (associate Choreographer), NEVER GONNA DANCE (starring opposite Nancy Lemenager and Karen Ziemba) and most recently CURTAINS, starring David Hyde Pierce and Debra Monk. Other New York credits include appearances at the Apollo Theatre, City Center Encore's, three performances at Carnegie Hall, and a 10 year association with the critically acclaimed BROADWAY BY THE YEAR series at Town Hall. Jen Rudin grew up in New York City and began her professional acting career at age eight. She created many new roles in new plays, starred in several television movies, and did commercials. At age twelve, she had her first epiphany at a final callback that she wanted to be a Casting Director - a perfect blend of her photographic memory and love of actors. Her casting philosophy combines the challenge of solving the casting puzzle - who is best for the role? - while creating an honest, positive and comfortable audition environment, in what is often the most stressful of situations. Jen was Director of Casting and Talent Development for Disney Theatrical Productions in New York City from 2007-2009. From 2002-2007, Jennifer served as head of casting for Walt Disney Animation Studios in Burbank, California and she won the 2006 Artios Award for casting Chicken Little. Additional animated films include Meet the Robinsons (2007 Artios Nomination), The Wild (2006 Artios nomination), Academy Award Winning film The Incredibles and Academy Award nominated Brother Bear. Current films include The Princess and the Frog starring Anika Noni Rose. In Los Angeles, Jennifer cast the Los Angeles premiere of Jason Robert Brown's musical "13", winner of the 2008 LA Drama Critics Circle Award. Jen has taught Master Classes at NYU, Boston Conservatory, Northwestern University, Emerson College, Webster University, Baylor University, Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, University of Colorado at Boulder, University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point and University of the Arts. She lectures and teaches numerous workshops around New York City. Prior to joining Disney in 2002, Jennifer was a freelance casting director for film and theater in New York City. Her independent films have premiered at such prestigious film festivals as the Tribeca Film Festival, the Los Angeles Film Festival, the Hamptons Film Festival and the Hollywood Film Festival, among others. Jennifer served as resident Casting Director from 2001-2002 for the esteemed Ensemble Studio Theater in New York City. Her other theater credits include the national tour of "The Syringa Tree" directed by Larry Moss; "Theater District" (Steppenwolf Theater); HB Playwrights Foundation, the Young Playwrights Festival, and New York Stage & Film. She has also cast hundreds of national television commercials; including the famous "Can you hear me now?" campaign for Verizon. Upcoming films include include Tim Burton's Frankenweenie, Peter Bogdanovich's Squirrels to the Nuts and Greener Pastures: A Roberto Clemente Story.
